Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way? Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Real estate is a difficult business with a high turnover rate. In the beginning, one may not have enough listings, fail to leverage technology, or fail to have an established sales process in place.
The key is to continue to always put your best foot forward and properly budget no matter what. Do the hard work at the beginning so you can reap the benefits in the future. One day, one step, one transaction at a time.
