His experience bloomed throughout years of experience in the Medical, Telecommunications, and Real Estate industries which gave him a strong base and the knowledge that he needed to have the initiative to successfully lead the established agency focused on all industries.
Heyday Marketing continues expanding; the team has grown to have over forty-five employees, and over a hundred clients, national and international, standing out for running hyper-local campaigns nationwide and globally, including Federal Government contracts.
Through other ventures, he has taken a community-based approach; Heyday also gives back in meaningful ways, from homeless giveback events to turkey drives on Thanksgiving, beach cleanups, toy drives, and hurricane relief. He is also active in the yearly Telethon event to raise funds for the League Against Cancer, where they collect millions in donations to help those in need. To Eduardo, helping is in his DNA, he did not hesitate to do pro bono work for small businesses during the pandemic.
Deeply rooted in the local community, Eduardo also enjoys promoting Miami’s culture through A Day in Miami and Lifestyle Miami, platforms that showcase Miami’s culture and all it has to offer – from the food and drink scene, music, fashion, and more.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle-free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
The journey has not been obstacle-free yet the challenges encountered at the end are to get better and to keep the momentum going.
Obstacles are part of growing, the challenges I’ve faced are identifying good talent, also scaling to the next level, getting our brand name out there, and for people to recognize us to be industry leaders.

Have you learned any interesting or important lessons due to the Covid-19 Crisis?
What we learned at Heyday the most during the pandemic is that what matters the most is how you face situations and that if you work hard and give to others you can succeed; Heyday Marketing grew 30% in revenues during the pandemic.
Lessons are inevitable, I believe in acknowledging every situation and making the best out of it. For example, having processes in place to provide quality control, has been one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned during my business journey.
