Hi Raul, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Our history began more than ten years ago, when we were studying at the same university in Caracas, Venezuela. We keep our friendship all this time living in different countries but the destiny made the magic and we met again in this country looking for the American dream come true. Each couple with different goals, but one in common: Create our own business.
After some meetings talking how our lives going the idea showed up like a coincidence and we took it. We merged Raul and Valentina’s Amazon sales experience and Walhter and Pierina’s knowledge of dentistry. After a deep research, we found an interesting opportunity in this market. And then, Gemology was born, a ¨Do it yourself¨ tooth gem kit created for those who loves tooth jewelry for an affordable price with professional quality, changing simple smiles for bright shining smiles in America.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
The beginning is never easy, in our case it has been sleepless nights and months without days off, but we know that the effort will be worth it.
A big challenge for any entrepreneur is when you have to make different activities to make a living and always find a way to fight for your goals.
