I have a wealth of experience in multi-franchise organizations and have earned the reputation as an individual who initiates innovative leadership approaches to build a team-spirited and professional atmosphere.
My background encompasses a track record of significant achievements. A personal blueprint for success is based upon knowledge, ability to establish strategic direction and skill in establishing effective communications throughout organizational structure. I have demonstrated these skills throughout my career by implementing enhanced internal procedures and staff development techniques. My aggressive and energetic approach to developing new business, coupled with my desire to succeed within the industry and dedication to a high level in the buying experience has resulted in the achievement of all goals.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
The automotive industry has given me many opportunities come with great challenges, however, very rewarding in every way. Today, I am part of a family group Holman Automotive that with my thirty tears in this industry, I consider it to be the best company to be a part of.
