Check Out Tiffany Levy’s Story

Today we’d like to introduce you to Tiffany Levy.

Hi Tiffany, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I was born and raised in North Carolina. While in college, I found wellness and mindfulness to be my anchor. I always had a passion to keep my mental and physical health in balance. I studied business at university and when I entered (began an intense sales career after graduation), I felt an enormous amount of stress and anxiety. This constant struggle left me feeling burnt out. I left my sales job to find myself… And yoga was key. This transition was not easy but then I learned the falls and obstacles were led me to my biggest lessons. I started practicing yoga daily. Then I decided after suffering from a lot of PTSD due to car accidents, breakups, the loss of my mother, and an intense job, I found that Yoga taught me how to conquer all these downfalls and move through life gracefully. I didn’t realize that this would be my calling and my path. I always like to say Yoga found me and not the other way around. My Dharma is that I completed over 1000 hours in yoga teacher trainings. It was a place to self-heal and learn about our vessel. The teaching part became natural to me because I was living and breathing the practice. Suddenly everything came together. These are the life tools we all need from the very beginning. The community I built,420 Space yoga, has been my greatest achievement on this journey. Holding Space for the Yogi-Invaders really helped me evolve and grow. Helping thousands of people over the past six years has kept me motivated, I love to curate amazing events and combine all my WORLDS of wellness, art, sustainability, volunteering and coaching balanced lifestyles. I teach retreats around the world. The next one coming up is with my Moroccan Sister Sarra Adnani, this May 18th, 2022. You can learn more about this and all my classes and events on my website Tifftopia.com

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
As I said before, life has had its ups and downs. The healing part comes from within when you follow your intuition. I have been through multiple car accidents, break ups and losses. These create triggers along the way that can paralyze you, where you feel stuck emotionally and physically. That’s why it’s important to slow down and check in often with yourself. The practice is not only on the mat, but off the mat!

Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I really enjoy giving back & being interactive. I teach a mixture of Hatha Vinyasa, Yin & Restorative Yoga, Mindfulness, Meditations and Holistic lifestyle. I love to create customized programs for my clients as well as curate wellness events at magical places. I have been studying yoga, mindfulness and ways to have healthy abundant lifestyle for over a decade now. I will forever be a teacher and a student. Learning life’s treasures and teaching self-inspiration. Even when teaching for a large group, I connect with each of my students individually, we all share the same human emotions, so I really want to connect those feelings.
I like to think of myself as the artist of my soul. I teach everyone to manifest and paint their own destiny. I just had a beautiful experience teaching a class at the “Beyond Van Gogh” art installation in Miami which has now lead me to my new yoga class at the “Monet” art Installation. This new journey incorporates a visual art experience with Yoga movements. It’s truly one of a kind. Everyday is a new day to make your dreams come true. (Giving back is very important to me, I am always volunteering in the community.) These are just a few of the nonprofit/volunteering groups I’m a part of: Daybreaker, SolSun, Byebye Plastic, Little LightHouse & Global Empowerment. I always tell my clients and students to “first heal yourself and then you can go out and help heal the World”.

What does success mean to you?
Success means that I can take care of myself, my family, friends and community. I want to be the change that I want to see in the World, and I am doing that. I feel like I am lucky to have found my path. I wish this for everyone!Contact Info:
