Today we’d like to introduce you to Desiree Tobin.
Relish & More opened in West Palm Beach’s historic Northwood Village in 2010 as a gourmet specialty burger and shake concept. Carnivores, pescatarians and vegetarians alike can relish burgers such as shrimp, black bean, lamb, buffalo and exotic monthly specialty burgers including kangaroo, camel, and specialty blends. Guests can design their experience with the choice of 20 Relish topping options, seven cheeses, and place the creation on buns, salads, or a kale and quinoa platter.
Over the years, Relish became a destination for foodies and our menu expanded to include cravable appetizers, creative salads, and made-to-order donuts. In 2015, Relish’s Boca Raton opened to make visits from our southern neighbors more convenient.
Relish & More is a family-owned independent concept developed by Desiree and Daniel Tobin.
Has it been a smooth road?
Relish & More opened in the heart of the recession. Instead of cutting portions and quality like many other dining establishments did during the tight times, Relish & More continued to provide the food and service its guests were looking to enjoy.

I am a Miami native and I love the food and cultural scene we enjoy in South Florida. Our weather is amazing and MIA makes it easy to travel anywhere in the world.
