Today we’d like to introduce you to Sandra Rose.
Hi Sandra, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
Thank you so much for the opportunity to share my story. I am a mother of two amazing kiddos, an author and a yogi! After spending over ten years in the corporate world as an HR Director, I branched off to become an entrepreneur and focus on building my own legacy. I’ve helped several businesses organize and implement systems to increase revenue and overall productivity. One of those businesses was a property management company where I was in charge of procuring and managing commercial and residential properties all over the U.S. Around the same time, I became licensed as a Florida Real Estate agent.
I originally told myself all of the “stories”. I am not a salesperson. I don’t even like salespeople. Lol. How am I going to do this? The more I learned about real estate, the more I realized that there is so little that people actually know about real estate and a real estate transaction! I wish I had known a fraction of those things when I purchased my first home. I became determined to educate and empower people about real estate. That was a major shift in my mindset and my business. I realized that I didn’t have to “sell” anything. Being a Realtor was never about the “selling”. I’ve always been passionate about educating and empowering people and learning real estate was just another opportunity to do so!
I have helped buyers, sellers, and investors at every experience level get the most out of real estate transactions and I am so excited about continuing to branch out to help more!
Some of the characteristics that I believe have always set me apart in every business venture is my out-of-the-box thinking, attention to detail, and not taking no for an answer. I’m not afraid to fight for what I want especially when it comes to my clients. In 2022, I look forward to doing much more of that by helping to turn renters into homeowners and homeowners into investors!
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Heck no! When I say that I’m not afraid to fight for my clients…I mean that I’ve had to literally put myself in situations where I stress, press and push…sleepless nights, early mornings, endless hours of research, not so nice phone conversations, sacrificing my time, resources and energy to get things done far past the point where most would’ve thrown in the towel. It has never been easy but it is certainly worth every minute.
We’ve been impressed with The Finding You Serenity Team of Motivated Connection Realty, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
I strongly believe that a lot of people do not know that homeownership is attainable right now. A lot of people don’t realize how much their home is actually worth in this market even without repairs.
I get so much joy in the “ah ha moment” when I am able to help them connect the dots and connect them with the resources to get the job done.
One of my favorite things to do is to sit with people conducting one on one consultations both in person and via zoom, where I show people what’s possible for their specific situation. These are moments when my clients are able to be completely transparent and open about their credit, savings, challenges, goals, and strategize to develop actionable steps to help them accomplish their goals. What quality or characteristic do you feel is most important to your success?
I think being able to pivot is one of the characteristics that every business owner needs to master. Knowing when to move, when to stay, when to shift, grow, stabilize and when to push it into turbo. That comes with experience, knowledge of your industry, and intuition.
