Hi Lidiana, can you start by introducing yourself? We’d love to learn more about how you got to where you are today?
2020. The year of absolute setback, despair and loss. I lost my job due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It was a very frightening feeling. The pandemic affected everyone and projected complete uncertainty. I took this news and instead of allowing it to affect me negatively, I used it as fuel to light my fire. Who would’ve known that with hard work and dedication, I would be able to find my passion and run my very own marketing agency full time. In March of 2020, I created LFM Marketing which at the time was Miami Social Marketer. Every morning I wake up and grab my laptop ready to come up with the best ideas for my clients! I had the pleasure of working with VoyageMIA in May of 2020. This past archive discussed the start of something new. I am so grateful to publish a second article with VoyageMIA in which I can follow up on the company’s very exciting growth….The company made a full year in March 2021. I have decided to add more services to LFM Marketing which means new talents and additions to the team! LFM Marketing now offers Photography services. It is such an achievement to grow the LFM Marketing company.

Adriana received her first camera at ten years old! Adriana attended art school for a year and is pursuing photography as her career.
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
Yes, it can be a pretty rocky road! Some struggles that I have gone through along the way are learning how to manage time and allowing myself to adapt to new schedules. Ways I have been able to stabilize my journey is by reading books. The Power of Full Engagement by Jim Loehr and Tony Schwartz explains how managing energy, not time, is the key to high performance and personal renewal.
We’ve been impressed with LFM Marketing, but for folks who might not be as familiar, what can you share with them about what you do and what sets you apart from others?
LFM Marketing is a creative agency that is dedicated to giving clients quality, personal, and innovative digital marketing services to ensure growth in branding within their business. We specialize in social media marketing and photography services. I am most proud of LFM Marketing’s branding, creativity, and client experience. We are young, inventive, and outgoing yet take pride on keeping our professional demeanor.

We’re always looking for the lessons that can be learned in any situation, including tragic ones like the Covid-19 crisis. Are there any lessons you’ve learned that you can share?
An important lesson I learned due to the Covid-19 Crisis is that social media holds much importance! Everything done now is virtually. It is essential to look forward, never backwards. The Covid-19 Crisis challenged me to have no fear. I have goals and I will reach them.
I continue to live by this quote from May 2020’s archive: If you have a recurring idea in mind that will only impact others & yourself, follow it. Enjoy the process, learn new things, & let your creativity be your purpose.
