Today we’d like to introduce you to Kyron.
Hi Kyron, so excited to have you on the platform. So before we get into questions about your work-life, maybe you can bring our readers up to speed on your story and how you got to where you are today?
I started singing when o was young, 10, however I singing seriously in 2010. Started taking vocal lessons and performing regularly. During the height of the pandemic, I recorded my first EP, Sweet Surrender, and it was received very well. It’s my baby
Can you talk to us a bit about the challenges and lessons you’ve learned along the way. Looking back would you say it’s been easy or smooth in retrospect?
This particular phase I’m in right now it was a little rocky. Since we last spoke, I was with an agency that was “guiding” me through this music process but we have since parted ways and it was challenging at first because I had been with them for a year and suddenly we’re not working together it wasn’t an easy transition but I’ve been managing it. I will say I’m in a better place now and my new music will showcase that.
Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
I’m a singer and I’m most proud of my recent performance in Miami for Miami pride back in September. It was a great feeling to have my friends there supporting me and also one of my Bestfriends, Naehomy, perform with me she’s also making a few more appearances on my next project and I’m super excited for people to hear her.
What has been the most important lesson you’ve learned along your journey?
Love yourself, trust yourself, never let anybody tell you can’t do anything and always put God first in everything that you do.
