Hi Yasunary and Oliver, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
We emigrated f since 2016, it was the first job that my husband began to do, without previous experience and without knowing anything about the cleaning area, we began willing and ready to learn a new trade in which seeing the face of happiness and satisfaction of the clients when see their furniture disinfected and clean, saving them money and time, recovering objects that had sentimental value for them, we definitely wanted to have that satisfaction in our hearts and from there this commitment began. January 2020 formally began this project, we bought all the equipment, we paid for advertising, then in March 2020 the Pandemic arrived and our nightmare began, because like everyone we isolated ourselves at home without going to work, with two small children of 5 and 1 years old, We survived a few months but we are already tight with money, so some friends called us to clean their carpets because they wanted to disinfect them because they had already come out of COVID 19, so we began to activate ourselves, we only went so that friends and referrals where we knew they were healthy, not we were going for strangers for fear of contagion.
Little by little, we were accepting more and more referrals (savings were running out and two children to support). We took weekly COVID tests and started buying special equipment to protect ourselves and our clients.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Starting in a Pandemic even though it was very hard at our beginning it has helped us reach more homes to provide security for the whole family.
The Pandemic at first eliminated us but then we were reborn with great strength.
From bad experiences, we must get something good God assigns his worst battles to his best warriors.
Thanks – so what else should our readers know about your work and what you’re currently focused on?
We bring back to life what you think you should discard as we clean, disinfect and recover Sofas, Mattresses, Area Rugs, Carpet Rooms, Car Upholstery, Air Conditioner & Dryers Ducts, Pet odor control, Tile & Grout.
Our technique is based on a water pressure washing with selected Industrial products for each type of washing, added to the experience of our experts and the movement technique that must be done in a particular way in each type of article.
In this wash, we remove dirt, bacteria, viruses, mites, dust, allergens, fungi, many stains clear or are removed forever, this will depend on several factors that we do not control.
It is also important that if the item on the outside does not show evidence of dirt, it is also recommended to wash it since the micro particles of dirt, bacteria, viruses, fungi are not evident to the eye…
We are proud to help each family to be safe, secure, free of germens, viruses and bacterias. They can spend more time together as a family and be happy.
The crisis has affected us all in different ways. How has it affected you and any important lessons or epiphanies you can share with us?
Have your Family and be healthy is everything to us; every day is a new opportunity to start, never stop trying, do not be disappointed that why within every negative thing that happens to us, there will always be something positive, we must practice Resilience at all times.
