Today we’d like to introduce you to Majay Lewandowski-Mista (Majaydacoolkid).
Hi Majay, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
My story starts as a little kid growing up in Europe. Watching music videos from the USA and wanting to be part of this world.
Especially Videos of Aaliyah, Timbaland, Missy Elliot were my favorites. I wanted to be part of this world and live in the United States and be in Musicvideos myself.
I took a big step of Faith and after visiting the USA a couple of times. I decided at a young age that its time to go for what I want so I just moved all by myself with no support of family and 700$ in my pocket all across the ocean straight from Berlin to Miami Beach.
Since I always been a party person, I started hosting events and Parties in Miami and build myself a name as a PartyPromoter and Event Host for some major Nightclubs like ClubSpace.
I’m great in networking and meeting people so my social media had a decent following already so I started my acting and modeling career with taking professional pictures with photographers that reached out to me over Instagram.
I build a portfolio of different pictures and different looks and I started sending them out to freelance agents in Major Cities like Miami, Atlanta, NYC, LA.
Fast forward to now, I have been in almost 100 Musicvideo for international artists like Drake, Chris Brown, Lil Baby, Kodak Black, City Girls, Maluma, etc. Not only that I had little cameos in Movies like Bad Boys 3, I worked with Tyler Perry and lived on his Studios to film Sistas Season 3 and had small appearances in HBO, Netflix and Amazon shows and even in an upcoming Nigerian movie.
What’s magical is that the celebrities that I watched from far, far away overseas in Europe on my tv screen are now my part of my regular life, I found my way to not only meet them but actually work with them and get paid to be next to them.
It still feels surreal and I just think to myself, How dope is that?
I remember having to pinch myself on set for “No Guidance” Chris Brown and Drake Musicvideo shoot literally being right behind Chris Brown for the Whole second half of the Video, same feeling being to Will Smith on Ocean Drive on set for Bad Boys 3.
What’s exciting is that I never know what project is coming next. I can be here today and on set with a major celebrity in Atlanta tomorrow. It’s a lot of fun and I am grateful for each experience and person that I meet on the journey every single day.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I faced some challenges coming here by myself from a different country without family basically having no one to support me but I had a vision and I knew I could do whatever I put my mind into.
I’m a firm believer in visualization, manifesting and the law of attraction.
If u a good person and you trust the universe to have your back and you walk towards your goals and not just sit on the couch, you will get the reward of achieving your dreams.
Nothing can stop you but yourself. Let go of your self-doubts and fears and just take the next step forward.

How do you think about happiness?
Being healthy having inner happiness and being able to live my dream makes me happy, I am living proof that you can achieve everything you want.
Also, being surrounded by close family and friends is what matters to me because it’s the people around us that make life special and memorable.
Traveling makes me happy also. I am a free spirit and I love the adventure of traveling to new places, exploring new cultures and meeting new people.
