Bethany, we appreciate you taking the time to share your story with us today. Where does your story begin?
Our story starts on the patio of our Art Deco apartment building in tropical South Beach. With our respective professions put on hold due to the 2020 pandemic, myself and my neighbors Des & Steve decided to pursue our joint passion of plant-based eating by sharing fresh, colorful salads with the community. We started delivering Beach Baby Green salad boxes to friends and before we knew it, fruit and veggie lovers all over the city began signing up for our weekly delivery service. Here we are, over a year later, chopping, creating and delivering delicious salads to doorsteps throughout Miami!
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Naturally, there have been some bumps along the way as the business unfolds. The initial inability to break into catering was tough since corporate events and large parties were temporarily nonexistent. We once had to delay delivery as a result of citywide flooding during a storm. Speaking of weather, the seasonality of local fruits and veggies down here in Florida can be a challenge as well. Ideally, we want to source ALL local ingredients, but there are certain months during which that is just impossible down here. On the bright side, we have been encouraged to use some really unique and creative ingredients to fill those seasonal voids, resulting in a fun mix of flavors. Despite the challenges, I do have to say, it has overall been an easy and delightful ride! We love it!

We are Miami’s only Raw Salad Subscription Service. Each Tuesday, we deliver one of our four signature salad boxes to your door. All boxes contain local, hydroponic greens plus an assortment of seasonal & dried fruit, vegetables, sprouts, microgreens and seeds. Each artisanal box is curated to include all the essentials your body needs to stay healthy while our unique combinations are designed for optimal taste.
Our salad boxes are designed as full meals, with each box accommodating 6 to 12 salad servings. Each salad has a minimum of 10 cups of ingredients. No prep needed, just add your favorite dressing. They are colorful, fresh and filling. Some clients add grilled fish or meats on top, others add the salad to wraps or sandwiches. It’s an easy, fun way to get your vitamins and minerals without having to shop and chop yourself!
