Today we’d like to introduce you to Judith Patino-Rodrigue.
Hi Judith, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
I am a lover of life, a mother, a wife, and a grandmother. I am a Certified Professional Coach, Certified Goal Success Coach, Certified Master Life Coach, Author, Instructor, and Training & Development Specialist. Additionally, I run a family business, J’s Waterproofing, with my husband and our oldest son. I keep myself busy.
I began my development training in 1990 at DHL Worldwide Express developing and delivering training programs throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. Years later, I joined the advertising and marketing field and worked at Univision Radio and iHeart Radio as an Account Executive. Lastly, at Spanish Broadcasting System as Local Sales Manager for three local radio stations.
I took the path of coaching and training by building confidence among people of all ages by showing them to perceive better who they are, focus on themselves, and strengthen their personal growth, whether financial, spiritual, or professional. My goal is to empower them to constantly shift their mindset to identify and eliminate limiting beliefs, therefore helping them achieve their goals successfully.
Having coached individuals from those at the top of their game to those suffering in their darkest days, I am acutely aware that our attitude truly does define us. It may sound like a simple admission, but, as seen time and time again, it’s all too easy to let negativity creep in and start throttling back on life’s dreams.
Through coaching, I provide solutions to clients and assist individuals in identifying and articulating their dreams and desires to achieve a higher level of success and strengthen their personal growth through extensive practices.
I am also an online instructor at OnLine Training Institute (OLT), and I am currently developing several other self-help online courses which will launch in 2022.
In a nutshell, my coaching, books, and online programs aim to equip individuals from all walks of life with the tools to discover what they want and reach their goals successfully.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not, what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Building my career and where I am today hasn’t been a smooth road. I bumped into many obstacles and challenges along the way—and still do at times. I’ve been bankrupted, physically and mentally abused, and homeless. Yet, and because of my experiences, I know we can fall and get up over and over again. I chose to live deliberately, knowing what I wanted and the kind of life I wanted to live. Is it easy? Yes and no. Either way, the choice is always mine. I am responsible for my well-being or misery. I choose to live a happy and more fulfilling life and show others that it is possible to live better.
What does success mean to you?
Success is identifying, creating, and achieving goals—not because it is what others want us to do, but because goals motivate us to create the reality we want. In other words, successful people know what they want and take the necessary steps to achieve their chosen goals.
