Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
Born in Argentina, we were raised sharing BBQs with our loved ones as we believe that the passion for grilling runs in our blood. We were always looking to find innovative ways to make the grilling ceremony an experience for all to enjoy. We aim to attract not only BBQ fanatics but also those who really enjoy the small details in the process and lighting the fire, which is an art of its own.
Would you say it’s been a smooth road, and if not what are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced along the way?
Not many roads are smooth ones to transit. We actually launched our line of Argentine Style Charcoal Grills right at the beginning of the pandemic, so not only did we experience the hardships of a new business but also those of the pandemic. Regardless, we stand by the quality of craftsmanship and exceptional materials of our line, and they have spoken by themselves, providing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
We are designers and manufacturers of the ultimate Argentine Style Charcoal Grills. We work with top materials and craftsmen to accomplish one of a kind designs, smooth grilling experience, user-friendly cooking alternatives; creating fanatics along the way. We offer our customers different grilling experiences within one same BBQ grill, by providing additional custom parts and grilling surfaces that make the cooking experience different every time. We develop our products by observing real grillers using our products. Often, all add-ons or new features come to life because we put ourselves in the shoes of the end-consumer. Not only that, we are the toughest critics of our products and we aim to always deliver an amazing experience.
We are also very proud of our costumer service. We are truly dedicated in providing the best experience to our customers, and our positive reviews can reflect this. Our top management is involved in all communications and every step of the purchase and post purchasing experience and even delivers some orders themselves to receive first-hand comments and experiences to continue to grow and evolve constantly.

We do see ourselves as risk takers. We think any business that decides to launch a business during a pandemic is a risk taker, but life is about taking risks, pushing your limits, and creating that exceptional product that can really make the difference in customer experience, as we needed to that same feeling ourselves as well.
