Today we’d like to introduce you to Jean Monrod.
Hi Jean, so excited to have you with us today. What can you tell us about your story?
Hi, my name is Jean Monrod, also known as Revelhaition. I’m a young millennial entrepreneur from Haitian immigrant descendants. I’m a survivor of verbal, physical, emotional and sexual abuse from my childhood. Due to my traumatic stress, I’ve battled with mental illness and suicidal ideation throughout my journey. By the grace of Jesus Christ helping me with my life, I’ve started my entrepreneurial journey after dropping out of college from Miami Dade Community College. My first business experience was with a clothing brand called Superior Devotion. Through the process of getting things done, I worked as a dishwasher at Bokampers Sports Bar & Grill in Miramar. Without any assistance or financial help, I failed but gained the experiences needed to a business startup. I later developed my passions in fashion, art, creative directing, and music as an outlet to express myself from my traumatic experiences from my childhood and family emotional abuse. My environment impacted my mental health severely.
My community also contained high crime rates, high prostitution, and drug activities. I moved to Georgia for new opportunities and a change of scenery after being layed off from my job at Fountainblue Miami Beach Hotel due to COVID-19. I successfully started a cleaning business called Be Bright Cleaning. During this period, I was falsely accused and charged in the State of Alabama for criminal trespassing and unlawful possession of marijuana. This experience brought me more trauma and impacted my finances, causing great pain and frustration. Without any questions, I focused on continuing and not give up despite all the difficulties I faced on my journey. I earned up to nine thousand dollars the first three months. After a month of rebranding & relaunching, I’m now expanding and hiring team members to provide a flexible schedule allowing full control of their time while earning more money through a partnership with Da Wealth Society real estate company referral program. My goal is to help others with similar traumas and inspire others to pursue their visions and create opportunities.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
I had to deal with a traumatic childhood and mental illnesses.
Alright, so let’s switch gears a bit and talk business. What should we know?

Our goal is to ensure that you come back to a home that is sparkling clean so you can spend more time bonding with your family, focus on work, or have more time enjoying what you love doing.
Alright so before we go can you talk to us a bit about how people can work with you, collaborate with you or support you?
I’m looking forward to collaborating with others to expand Be Bright Cleaning and network to provide value and share information for development for future projects.
