Shiketa, it’s been too long since we last connected. Thanks so much for taking the time to share your thoughts with our community again. Some readers might have missed our prior conversations, so maybe you can kick things off for us with a quick intro?
Hi, my name is Shiketa D Days. Born and raised in Miami, Florida. I am one of the CEO’s of Derrick Danzel Days II Corporation. We help individuals license and structure their businesses online. We also provide a media platform at our (Boss Up Visual Podcast) platform. We started our podcast to help small business owners have access to a media platform, to help expose their product and/or services for affordable rates without restrictions and certain qualifications. I am the Author of the “21 Days of Inspection Series” book and Author of several other books located at Amazon. We just wrapped up 8 episodes of the “21 Days of Inspection Series” Segment! I dedicate my spare time to help other businesses and non-profits with management, licensing, record keeping & event planning, as well as my own. I am an Urban CEO Executive Ambassador of Urban CEO Network. Full-time Police Dispatcher II of Miami Springs Police Department.
What inspired you to launch your Podcast platform? What is your podcast about? Does your organization provide any media packages for businesses or individuals looking for advertising?
I remember the many times I was singled out because of many media platforms seeking popular guest. Everyone once started out somewhere. I wanted to give beginning small level businesses an opportunity. A chance to get their businesses in front of an audience to potentially grow their business income. I felt at that moment of realization, that if no one wanted to accept me, that I would create my own platform. I think about the people just like me that may feel just as I felt. They may not have access to the capital to pay or invest in advertising. The main mission was to make our media packages affordable and beat-out the competition.
Our Podcast is about bossing-up, raising your standards to become a better you. It’s a business motivational podcast that assists in self-help, life experiences and navigating through obstacles of being a business owner and managing your personal life at the same time. Keeping individuals motivated on their business and life journey. This platform also caters to Authors & Coaches.
We have currently three media packages available, Bronze, Silver & Gold. We also have a sponsorship opportunity for subscribers. Subscribers get listed as sponsors for every show and free giveaways for being a VIP member!
Are you working on any new projects or product launches?

What type of programs or services does your organization provide?
Our organization has free memberships and paid memberships. Our free membership gives individuals access to a free profile, free online programs such as meditation and health programs, Forum and Business Motivation Blog.
Our paid memberships gives you access to our Affiliate Directory. Allowing business owners or authors to add their business profile for 1 year. Our Inner Circle Membership is monthly, which gives individuals access to business tips, tools and how-to start a business steps. Members of this program get free marketing promotion upon request. Such as free flyers and discounts on our book writing program.
Our Business Licensing plan is yearly. Which assists new businesses just getting started in the business industry or those relaunching their businesses.
What is your mission for 2021?
Our mission for 2021 is to have 100 free memberships & 100 paid memberships. We aim to help 100 business owners get licensed or structure their business online. We’re also aiming to create 100 Life Insurance Agents with a third party company.
