Today we’d like to introduce you to Michelle and Justin Brown. Them and their team share their story with us below:
Justin had a soccer injury as a young boy that took him off the field. Chiropractic helped him get healthy and stay healthy and he went on to be a state champion, forever solidifying his passion for chiropractic. He went on to get his degree in exercise physiology and then onto Palmer College of Chiropractic. He specialized his focus on NUCCA Upper Cervical specific care that is very gentle and effective to balance the body to optimize the function of the body to perform at its best.
Michelle was a collegiate cheerleader at the University of Oregon, attained her degree in Business Administration and Sports Marketing. She had a 10-year career working in the front office of the Indiana Pacers, Seattle SuperSonics and the Florida Panthers. This South Florida Power Couple has a long history of understanding health, fitness and the power to live life to the fullest through chiropractic, exercise & nutrition. They now own NUCCA Chiropractic Offices in Deerfield Beach, Coral Springs and Boca Raton. They wanted to further help the community experience healthy living, so they opened CrossFit Vice in Coral Springs.
As parents to three young kids, they wanted to create a family-friendly gym with nutrition coaching and top programming to help beginning fitness goers to elite athletes. Justin is a competitive CrossFit Athlete ranked currently as the 12th fittest man in the world in CrossFit Masters and is headed to the CrossFit Games. Once again fueled by their passion to help people live their happiest, healthiest lives, Michelle Founded ihelpmoms.com, the world’s largest on-demand parenting support platform launching this August! Their service to others is their daily focus and is represented across all of the businesses they have built.
We all face challenges, but looking back would you describe it as a relatively smooth road?
Nothing worth doing is ever easy. We moved to Florida not knowing a single person. We started our first office by walking door to door in neighborhoods and passing out flyers. We lived at a Motel 6 as we couldn’t afford a house and ate frozen dinners. We worked seven days a week; we worked at every event and festival in our town to meet as many people as possible.
We haven’t stopped working seven days a week, whether it is on the gym, or the NUCCA offices or I Help Moms.com. We love what we do and we are fueled from a fire to serve others and help others to understand the power of living well through chiropractic, mental wellness, nutrition and exercise. Our biggest key is understanding clearly defined roles and responsibilities. It allows us to both work in our zone of genius.

We are passionate about philanthropy and regularly help underserved kids. Our next event is Family Field Day on October 3 with all proceeds going to SOS Children’s Village in Coconut Creek Florida.
We’d love to hear about any fond memories you have from when you were growing up?
Michelle’s favorite childhood memory is going to Oregon State University Games since she was a baby with her family. The roar of the crowd, the joy of the spectators, the excitement in the stadium and the smell of hotdogs and peanuts on game day set the stage for her love of fitness, fun, and sport. Michelle loved working for the Florida Panthers with their family-friendly atmosphere and now they take their own girls to the Inter Miami Soccer Games to carry on the sporting tradition!
