Today we’d like to introduce you to Jacqueline Goldman.
Jacqueline, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
I started as a Saturday girl in London at the tender age of 13………sounds like child labor but back home most children have a Saturday job! I worked for Jane Packer who did Fergie’s wedding flowers when she married Prince Andrew. I was lucky enough to be trained by one of the best, and soon got the flower bug and worked summer holidays for Jane!!
After graduating college, I was lucky enough to travel and upon meeting my husband who lived in NYC, Jane Packer got the in house account for floral at the Ritz Carlton on Central Park South………..low and behold she needed a lead designer and I needed a job so it worked out perfectly!
After a few years we decided it was time to move, and the warm weather drew us to South Florida. We started J Morgan Flowers in 2004, and even though our business plan wasn’t weddings we soon discovered a talent for brides and all things bridal. We are humbled to have become the most awarded Event design company in South Florida, and don’t take the role we play in our clients events lightly!
We wouldn’t be where we are without our amazing clients, staff and vendors……….you are only as good as your last wedding so every week we aim higher!
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Our original business plan….don’t laugh was to do funerals……well they say G-d laughs at your plans and well he most certainly did. Within a year of business we were up to 100 weddings a year!

I am known for getting inside our clients head and taking their vision to the next level.
Do you look back particularly fondly on any memories from childhood?
Taking home old blooms from my Saturday Job and working on floral techniques at home with them!
