Today we’d like to introduce you to Stanley Louissaint Aroma.
Hi Stanley, we’re thrilled to have a chance to learn your story today. So, before we get into specifics, maybe you can briefly walk us through how you got to where you are today?
It all began with an idea as I was very passionate about cologne. My friends would always ask me as to when I would start my own line. I enjoyed mixing various fragrances for the best scents. If you wanted to know the latest cologne in the market, you would need to go come to me because I always knew of the new releases for all lines of perfumeries -whether for men or women.
So one day I decided to start purchased some empty bottles online first to try making the oils so that I could explore diverse aromas. It was troublesome because seldom people would not even look at my products after I creates them. Hence, I obliged feedback from my customers to guide me in my preliminary fragrance creations. I tried using numerous avenues to sell the colognes, but nothing worked. I reached out to friends via Facebook, and at times, would gallivant off the streets, but no one was interested.
So I gets more active on Social Media and continues to reach out to more people with the hope of increasing sell. Desperate times call for desperate measures. If you are not willing to go out of your way, your business will probably never see the light of day. The more I puts myself out there, the more customers I was receiving, and of course, a bit of more cash flow – enough to sustain the business. It took one day for my business to pick up after all the hurdles and uncertain times. I met a businessman from New Jersey to whom I offered a sample. The businessman came back later on and requested to buy 100 more bottles. From there, the business grew and started gaining more and more territory with an increasingly faithful clientele. And now we have broken out into the fashion and fragrance industry. It’s for both women and men. Our local store located Pompano Beach, Fl.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
The road wasn’t easy at all, it gets complicated when only you understand what you are trying to accomplish. Sometimes, I would go through several months without selling anything when I had packs of products at home. In the midst of it all, I never loses confidence. I stays committed to my dream, although some folks thought I was a fool. I kept sharing the products on Facebook and sold it to some friends of mine. It took a while before I started to experience some cash flow from selling the products -not much, but enough to keep the business going. Since the business was not financially promising, I had to pour in my work wages to cover egregious expenses that come with launching a reputable business. In the past I would work five days a week at job and the time I wasn’t working at my job, I would dedicate those time to my business. As the brand was growing, I had reach a point where I could no longer juggle both and had to let go of my day-to-day job and focus more on. I took the leap of faith Because I have to be there to manage my business. Along with other things, I had to sacrifice them in order to wait on my business before it actually came.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am a young Fashion Designer and very passionate about Fashion, I have known as fragrance designer and Fashion, it’s for both women and men. We are one luxury fashion companies that are known for their cutting-edge designs and collections. and We are not just a brand we have also build a Foundation to help kids that are in need back in my country currently, we have amount of kids we helping that’s the reason we have named the foundation after the brand Louissaint Aroma Foundation.
Can you share something surprising about yourself?
I hate losing and am ultra-competitive in most things I do. If I lose, I will train and until I can win.
