Hi Kayla, we’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
After years of struggling with skin conditions such as eczema and breakouts, I constantly searched for products to make my skin appearance smoother and free of blemish. To no avail, I decided to start making my own product from scratch in my mother’s kitchen. Within days I immediately saw changes to my skin. As I had an epiphany and wondered how many others were stuffing skin conditions and needed my magical potion.
I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey have been a fairly smooth road?
Being a new young business owner, one of the challenges I’ve faced was learning how to promote, networking, and most importantly how to target my audience in person and virtually.

I had the opportunity to be a vendor at a local pop-up shop. Of course I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect, but I knew I had to be ready no matter the outcome. This event gave me an opportunity to meet new customers and network with other vendors. My revenue was more than I anticipated.
