Today we’d like to introduce you to Yaylem Mir.
Yaylem, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
My name is Yaylem Mir. I was born in Cuba. Came to this country with my parents for a better life in a county that you get what you put into it. I have always been a hard worker and have given it all in every job I had in the past. I was always intrigued in real estate and I love the part of helping others to have the American dream of owning your own home! I believe that’s an accomplishment in everyone life. I started in this business as a realtor nine years ago and I have enjoyed every step of the way as we learn in this business every single day. Now, in the last two years, I own my a real estate company that I decided to name Vibe real estate with my husband that has always supported me and motivated me more in this business since he has been in real estate and in the mortgage industry for over 20 years.
Having my husband by my side, I get my clients approved and explain the process even better to my first time home buyers that have never done this before and to my sellers, I help them evaluate their home with their estimated sales price and actual active listing in the area. I’m a go-getter, I work hard to get what I have accomplished and every day earns with my hard work. I put my clients first. I don’t stop to we find their dream home. I like to make my buyers and sellers knowledgeable of their steps in the home buying process or selling.
Today, I have over 19 great agents that work for me since I’m a broker and I love working as a team and that’s our main focus in my office since they are my real estate family. I love what I do and enjoy my career has fulfilled me and makes me feel like I make a difference in their life, making this process as most convenient and easy as possible with no worries involved.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
I feel in this business there’s always ups and down but it’s the way you look at the problem. I’m a problem solver and I make it happen. I never a person to down in a cup of water. I resolve and make it happen!! Positive vibe only!

What I’m the most proud of is how I feel in my business is a family and I’m always there to help out each of my realtors and their clients as a week.
Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
Hard worker. Fight for what I believe in. I have always been out there in that department but makes me apart from others the way I’m I believe makes me different in a good way. I get what I want for my persistence for always being there any time or day.
