Today we’d like to introduce you to Andreina White.
So, before we jump into specific questions, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
It all started many years ago with my mother, Mercedes Machado, and my grandfather, Luis Alberto Machado. My grandfather was the one that taught my mom the importance of having a healthy nutrition (especially without gluten, dairy, and sugar) and how it correlates with your overall health and the capacity of enhancing your intelligence. Over the years, my mother taught my siblings and I this valuable information, which later on inspired my sister, Mariana, and me to follow her footsteps and become Nutritionists.
Mother and daughters were now colleagues with the same purpose, make everyone understand the importance of Immunonutrition and change their nutrition habits in order to live a healthier life. With this mission in hand we decided to create NutriWhite, a nutrition company where we would treat patients with food intolerance that caused them illnesses, but also we would teach other nutritionists about Immunonutrititon in order to help more people.
This dream became true for us. What started with just us three 12 years ago is now NutriWhite, an international organization that treats patients from all over the world through an online service and has over 30 employees.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Of course, we have faced many obstacles! The most difficult challenge of all is that of convincing people and making them understand that the food they have been eating their entire life is possibly the reason that is making them ill by having an Autoimmune Disease or a constant migraine. We have a difficult mission in our hands because not everyone can grasp the concept of Immunonutrition and change their lifelong habits in order to get better.
Another big challenge we have is running a successful company amid Venezuela’s crisis (our headquarters are in Caracas). Our beloved country has enormous social, economic, and political issues that make it hard for entrepreneurs’ businesses to be prosperous, mainly because the fast-moving inflation is a big blow economically speaking for the company, and this is directly correlated to the instability of the workers. Because of those reasons, a lot of our nutritionists have immigrated to other countries and leaving NutriWhite momentarily (or forever), but… This has actually been a blessing in disguise! Because it pushed us to embrace globalization and make our consultations ONLINE in order to treat people from all over the world and now be considered as an international organization thanks to our nutritionists that from different countries work as a team.

We’re a team of passionate, science trained nutritionists accessible via online and in-person counseling on a mission to educate and transform as many lives as possible.
What sets us apart from any other nutrition company is that we firmly believe that food is indeed the best medicine there can be for your organism (Immunonutrition). We have a holistic approach in treating our patients and, most importantly, we personalize each and every nutritional diet, our dietary plan called 3R Protocol is based upon that everyone is different and therefore cannot eat the same food as their neighbor (for example), because we have different food sensitivities. The 3R Protocol looks to: Remove from your diet all the food that is causing damage to your gut (where 70% of our Immune System is located), this includes Gluten, Dairy, and Sugar; Replace with food that is good for your organism and helps heal your intestine; and lastly, Recover your health and be able to fight back infections and diseases.

In NutriWhite everything happens for a reason and we definitely have a star that guides us through thick and thin. When we need it the most, at the last minute, something good comes our way and helps us accomplish our goals. I believe this happens because God, the Universe, the energy that surrounds us, etc. want the best for all of us, and the message that NutriWhite delivers is with that purpose exclusively. Our mission is to let people know that nutrition is one of the biggest pillars in our society, and it is with it, and thanks to it, that everyone can achieve to live a long and healthy life.
We always compare NutriWhite with a cruise ship that for it to function properly and sail the seas, it needs the help of its crew. If the crew does nothing then the cruise will sink, but if we all work together as a team and do our job the cruise will continue its course. Our luck mainly comes from the hard work our team makes everyday, they play an important role in helping our patients have an excellent experience with our service and are in every step of the way encouraging them to do the diet and get healthier.
