I started to practice yoga around 20 years ago and teach yoga 15 years ago. 11 years of these years belong to Universal Yoga style. I have the highest ERYS 500 and YECEP certificates from American Yoga Alliance, Guruji Dev Das Maharaj certificate, Birthlight (Francoise Barbira Freedman) School Diploma in Perinatal Yoga (Range Teacher), Qigong, Pilates Matwork. I have University Medical degree. I am the founder of Yoga Alliance registered “Ekagrata” yoga school in North Miami Beach, Florida. I am the a creator of my own programs of Mandala yoga, such as “Chacras opening”, “Mandala of Wishes”, “Energy accumulation”, “Achievement of emptiness state”, etc., most of them are based on Universal Mandala Yoga. It’s my pleasure to share my experience with everyone who is on enlightenment way. Namaste.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
My road is not smooth, like every person’s road of development.

RYS 200, RYS 500, register in Miami, ID 271487. Ekagrata is a Registered Yoga School (RYS) with Yoga Alliance, which designates this teacher training program as one which follows Yoga Alliance’s standards. Students who complete a verified training with this school may be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs).
What were you like growing up?
I draw mandala pictures with a sequence of asanas for various special spiritual states. Besides, I’m the captain. I have my own vessel, and I partner with other captains for yoga retreats that I organize on a regular basis with my students on Morningside Picnic Island in Miami and the Bahamas.
