Meet Eddie Brown

Today we’d like to introduce you to Eddie Brown.

Eddie, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I am an accomplished, driven, Top Producing realtor in South Florida. While serving Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties, I have built a solid reputation with professional athletes, accountants, law enforcement officers, teachers, firefighters, and the community. I pride myself on being a referral-based Real Estate Agent my client’s trust. I am a repeat top producing agent at Elite Realty Partners and mentor to other realtors as well. I demonstrate high energy, professionalism, passion, assertiveness, creativity, tenacity and has fierce negotiation skills.

I graduated with honors in 2009 from Delaware State University. I have a Bachelors degree in Business Management. I played professional football for Orlando Predators until I returned home to South Florida in 2010. I started working for the Miami Dolphins in the Stadium Operations department, until discovering my desire, passion and gift as a Real Estate Agent. My love outside of real estate is spending time with my family and friends. My motivation comes from a strong desire to build a legacy for my family.

Has it been a smooth road?
In the beginning, like most careers, I had my share of struggles. In the real estate business, you have to be knowledgeable, passionate, and committed. You must first believe in yourself, before you can get someone else to believe in you and your abilities. I had to Learn that I will forever be a student because I will never know it all.  with the right mentors, reading, mistakes, long nights, or failing. It taught me that my struggles are nothing but life lessons that I won’t repeat.

Please tell us more about your work, what you are currently focused on and most proud of.
I specialize in real estate, which assisting  the people to becoming future homeowners, investors, sellers, renters, short sale properties and section 8. I also have started the Brown’s Group  in which we plan to assist 1000 families with foreclosures, short sales, and Distressed homes.

I am beyond proud of the reaction I receive when I have successfully closed a deal and hand over the keys to my clients. The reaction is priceless. I will always put my best foot forward when it comes down to securing a deal. I cater to each and every one of my clients I put myself in there shoes. I set high standards for myself, I expect the most out me, I push myself daily to be great so that it shows. I love what I do. Its not job its passion over profit.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
Unlike other cities my city has many great qualities, we are diverse, our culture. The weather is great and awesome entertainment and beaches.

It’s not much I can say that I don’t like about our city except that I wish the Urban  community can come together when it comes down to making major decisions In our communities.
