Today we’d like to introduce you to Dwhight Molina.
Dwhight, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I am an inspirer, I was born in Venezuela in 1982, and I decided to make my life an energy channel for all people in order that they can achieve the best version of themselves. I emigrated from Venezuela in 2015, due to the political and economic situation that my country is going through, which is no secret to anyone. At that time, a catastrophe was coming. I had two little girls and a wife for whom I had to watch over and be responsible for. However, it was the best decision I could make.
I started from scratch, despite having my success in Venezuela, I studied economics and law. My studies and skills that I had learned in my country did not work here since the United States is a completely different place, with different norms, rules and culture. It was not easy to start; however it was not long until I received direct instructions from my mentor God, where he told me that I should help people. That’s where I made the determination to start educating myself on the immigration services and see how I could become a visa consultant.
In those early days, the stress level was so strong in life. I had constant worries that haunted me, such as how to pay the bills, the girls’ school, accumulated debts, etc. My body began to fail me, to such a point that I lost mobility in half of my body, the mink of my left eye lost more than 80% and I had not realized why. At first, I thought it was a bad diet, and after visiting a doctor, I found out that I was suffering from severe stress, I had to stop and take a rest.
In the consultation, the doctor asked me when the last time I had slept more than six hours was, and I could not remember when it had been. The constant changes, the worries, etc., did not let me sleep at night. In that instant, where I saw my life in danger, I decided to change. I stopped doing what I was doing and dedicate myself to fulfilling my purpose here in the United States: To help as many people as possible who can properly establish themselves in this country. I started making changes and created Dwhight Molina Consulting Group, which started in 2017 as a small company and has grown into a successful and entrepreneurial company. Insight is all the success we have had. For this year 2020, I already have several branches of my Dwhight Molina Consulting Group business, where we have helped thousands of people.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
The main obstacle that came to me when I came to the US was the language, I thought I spoke English from my country and when I arrived, I realized that I knew nothing. That the English that I knew were from cartoons and movies; this was my first obstacle to overcome. The main advice I can give to all people who are migrating or who want to make the decision to migrate is that it is strictly necessary to master the language in order to achieve great things here in the United States.
The other great obstacle that I had in my career is the fact of not being a lawyer and of not pretending to be a lawyer in order to be able to carry out my work since what I commonly do is done by lawyers. It is a constant fight where I must make people not think that I am a lawyer since here in the USA, it is illegal to impersonate one. This is a fairly big obstacle and thank God, I have managed to do it by making the appropriate corrections. I managed to find the best mechanism and balance to continue doing what I’m doing and I’m passionate about.

Dwhight Molina Consulting Group started as an immigration consulting company in 2016. We got to a point where we started helping people stabilize on the immigration side. Today, Dwhight Molina Consulting Group has expanded not only to help in the immigration area but we have evolved to a 360-degree consulting. To any migrant who wishes to establish legally, here in the United States, we can provide advice on taxes and employment. If they are companies, we advise on the development and hire suitable personnel, and right now in 2020, we are opening our arm towards the real state, where we will be able to help that everyone can achieve the American dream: to buy a house here in the U.S. We will be able to help those who want to sell their property or rent their commercial premises so that they can fully establish themselves. Dwhight Molina Consulting Group is a growing company with projections to open branches in various cities in the US. I am very proud of what we have accomplished in these three years of my company.
Has luck played a meaningful role in your life and business?
I personally do not believe in luck, but I do believe in grace, which is that magic spark granted by God to people. Each one has their special grace, it is one that allows you to do different things that others cannot do. Without a doubt to obtain and achieve and all that we have built up to now has been by the grace of God with us. I believe in constant work and never giving up, even if you have to start from scratch as many times as necessary.
