Today we’d like to introduce you to Sandra Jones-Keller.
Thanks for sharing your story with us, Sandra. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I feel life is a big adventure waiting to be discovered! I started on my spiritual journey in the late 1980’s and haven’t stopped since. I am a certified Essene Energy Healer (since 1994), have studied Egyptian mysticism, completed practitioner courses in Religious Science through Agape International Spiritual Center, and coaching and personal development courses through Landmark Education. I love to empower people to get in touch with their spiritual selves and to connect with their children as spiritual beings.
My Intuitive Pregnancy Coaching work resulted from a conversation I had in Hawaii with a couple who was expecting their second child at the time. As I told them how I had developed intuitive two-way communication with my daughter while I was pregnant, I noticed blank stares on their faces. When I asked, “Oh, doesn’t everyone do that?” they answered in unison, “NO!” From this encounter, I realized that most people don’t know they can talk to their babies in utero and receive communication back.
A few short weeks later, my passion erupted to share my experience with other moms and dads about the extraordinary opportunity available to have an intuitive two-way talk with their unborn and newborn babies!
Why is intuitive communication important? When you talk directly with your baby, you KNOW you are doing the best thing for him or her at this moment. Why? Because the information comes straight from the source-your child! This type of communication adds an unprecedented level of confidence and security for you. You are no longer relying on sources outside of yourself for validation and confirmation that you are on the right track!
My work has evolved and includes New Age Kid Parenting support as well as spiritual healing energy sessions to assist people in moving through blocks that have paralyzed them for years.
Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
I’d say my biggest struggle is my desire to share information that most people aren’t ready for or interested in. In the past, when I’d tell people what I do, I would get a blank stare of confusion. Then, they would usually move on to another topic completely ignoring what I had just said, or give me a hmm and ask about the weather or something innocuous, hoping I would drop the subject altogether. In the last year, I’ve found people are more open and receptive in spiritual energy healing and intuitive pregnancy coaching. I have a fantastic group of clients that I’m totally surprised by!

I absolutely love what I do! Through my spiritual healing energy sessions, I help people to:
* Heal wounds from past relationships.
* Receive clarity and guidance on long-standing issues.
* Move forward in their life.
* Feel more peaceful and anchored.
* Have the courage to follow their dreams.
* Release fears and anxiety.
* Forgive themselves and others for past mistakes and missteps?
I have also written three books: I wrote my first book, Intuitive Communication With Your Baby’s Soul, in 2016. It’s an easy read and the tone is very gentle and casual. I want women to feel like I’m there with them holding their hand as they navigate through their pregnancy and trying-to-conceive journeys.
I wrote my second book, 21 Lessons to Empower the New Age Kid, in 2017. It is based on a series of mindfulness lessons presented to my daughter’s homeschool group.
I wrote my short ebook, How I Beat Fibroid Tumors for A Successful Pregnancy Over 40, to encourage women suffering from fibroid tumors who are receiving dire prognoses like I did about my pregnancy. The ebook dives deeper into my high-risk pregnancy journey and frightful delivery.
I started my YouTube channel a few years ago as a way to merge my producing and writing passion with my intuitive pregnancy coaching and New Age kid parenting advocate passion. I have over 75 informational and fun videos about trying to conceive, pregnancy, and New Age kid parenting.
Additionally, I love leading workshops and classes. I teach DIY Mindfulness classes to 9-12-year-olds on Outschool (an online teaching platform for K-12 learners) using lessons from my workbook 21 Lessons to Empower the New Age Kid. These lessons give kids tools to navigate their lives with more power and confidence and gives them language for what they already feel and know intuitively. If I had known this stuff when I was younger, I wouldn’t have spent so much time getting back to center.
I also conduct workshops for parents, which I like to call intimate experiences and discussions. In Passionate Parenting of the New Age Kid, we spend time together activating and igniting parent’s passion and creativity so that they can be a positive, living example to their child or children. Too often, we as parents inadvertently squash our children’s dreams, creativity, and passions because we think something is unrealistic or stupid, or because of our own fears and limitations. In Consciously Raising the New Age Kid, I give parents, teachers and group leaders specific mirroring and forgiveness techniques to support them in raising kids that are confident, mindful and eager to make a difference in this world.
If you had to go back in time and start over, would you have done anything differently?
If I had to start over, I don’t know if there’s anything I could do differently other than stay positive and focused even when it feels like nothing is moving forward. My journey and work are not linear. I can’t make people be ready for information that’s not in their wheelhouse. Now I have a library of New Age material that’s sitting and waiting for its audience to find it.
