Meet Fabio Faerman of Fortune International Realty

Today we’d like to introduce you to Fabio Faerman.

Fabio, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
Coming from Argentina as an architect with an MBA in commercial real estate and development from the University of Madrid, my natural path was to make new constructions here in the USA, but suddenly something changed and I began doing Brokerage, took my CCIM certification and I discover the commercial real estate world that is fascinating.

I like to advise my clients on how to invest in the short or  long term, type of properties, location and many other factors. We pass very successfully the worst crisis from the ’30.I didn’t know anyone in the industry and nobody knew me. As an immigrant you need to work hard as always I did, go the extra mile, and respect the handshake or your word promises with everybody.

My name and reputation is the most valuable thing I have, this is the way I work and try to get my colleagues & clients to understand that.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
Always when i advise a client i try to put myself in their shoes. This create some pressure on me because I feel the risk in a better way and i can explain that to them.

Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Fortune International Realty – FA Commercial Advisors Team – what should we know?
