Has it been a smooth road?
The main difficulty in my career is been the adaptation to the different cities as I was progressing with my profession.
We’d love to hear more about your business.
Presently and for the past three years, I’m the President and Corporate Chef of Kousine LLC and Kou Sen LLC. companies under which umbrella operate Kousine Peruvian Kitchen in Ft Lauderdale and, Peruvian Asian Kousine in Boca Raton, restaurant scheduled to be opened mid-March 2020.
I’m very proud of the culinary and professional accomplishments in Kousine Peruvian Kitchen as well its commercial success of the company. Kousine Peruvian Kitchen differentiates from its competition because it’s practicing an innovated fusion Asian-Peruvian cuisine, with unique recipes and fresh seasonal products that are creating an original wave and excellent market acceptance.
Is our city a good place to do what you do?
Absolutely yes, I certainly recommend the City to a start-up business.
