Founded in 2016 and with over $400,000 in revenue to date as well as a consistent 25% MoM growth in the last five months, Misstudy is an online platform that offers higher education resources and counseling services by creating strategic plans with students and by connecting them to worldwide educational opportunities.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
There is ample competition fueled in part by the growing 18 to 24-year-olds worldwide that are considering going to college. Greater competition means that getting into a top university gets even harder. Some of our competitors’ strengths are brand name recognition, international reach and their financial capabilities. Some of their weaknesses are that they do not understand the idiosyncrasies of different global cultures.

We developed an innovative platform that differentiates candidates and maximizes their overall lifetime value. What you study and which university you attend is one of the most important decisions in life. We differentiate our students and give them an unmatched competitive edge in the application process. Our online platform also allows us to scale the number of students we can support and we plan on launching the platform in other languages.
