Today we’d like to introduce you to Rasheda Jackson.
Thanks for sharing your story with us Rasheda. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I was raised in a very small town, Kenansville, NC; around age 18 my interest in Network Marketing began. I started my teaching financial wholeness at age 24 when I became the Co-Pastor of a small congregation. I arrived where I am today because God saw fit to move me into my purpose by showing me how to create; meet the demands of those that can’t find their way and through the favor of people that saw in me what I could not see in the mirror.
My mission to help others win has brought me here and through giving of my time, resources and opportunities I believe I am going higher. I believe that today is a destination of the past, tomorrow is waiting, there are dreams there that must be fulfilled; mine and those of the lives I am assigned to.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
The road has not been easy, but it’s surely been worth it. I mean what really would a journey be like if there were never bumps in the road. The struggles change as I evolve. In the beginning, the struggle was support of family and loved ones because I didn’t understand that they are not responsible to help my dream thrive. I struggled with partners in the business, quitting and being unmotivated. I simply had to learn that everyone will want it, but not everyone is willing to do the work it takes to get it and maintain it, whatever the “it” is. I had to again learn to lean into my inner peace and let people go; which is the greatest lesson I have learned.
The struggle now is sleep. I just don’t have time to sleep, there is so much to do, so many lives to change and impact. I figure I will rest when I die. Seriously, time to rest and restore myself is the only struggle; everything else is an opportunity to supply a demand in another area. I live to answer the call of the demand to create new opportunities for others.
So, as you know, we’re impressed with Rasheda Jackson Enterprises – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of and what sets you apart from others.
I truly believe that my personal concern, touch, and impeccable customer service sets me apart from others. I help my clients understand each process and I walk them through. Many of my clients move through one of my businesses into another because I am focused on them totally, their well-being, their family and the generations to come. They usually call for a particular service and actually leave with having experienced another, simply because it’s about them, not me.
I am still a Corporate Executive, which is one of the many dreams manifested. I am A Pastor, A Coach, An Author, a Global Speaker and a Serial Entrepreneur. Most recently I have earned an Honorary Doctorate for my commitment to helping others thrive spiritually and naturally; including global community works that stretch into the belly of Africa. I am most known for helping others realize their dreams, whether it be entrepreneurship or just becoming who they were destined to be in God’s Kingdom.
I am most proud of RJ Financial and Virtuous Management’s, 12-year longevity. Rasheda Jackson Enterprises it is comprised of a group of smaller entities that address various demands within business and ministry at large. It has a vision to merge Ministry and Marketplace to enhance Kingdom works.
So, what’s next? Any big plans?
Plans!!! So many of them.
I partnered with George M Howard, Jr of Financial Freedom University over a year ago to deliver a massive platform that will allow us to extend the reach of financial education around the world. We toured the eastern seaboard and Midwest last year hosting Wealth Weekends, giving families seven- year plans to be debt-free. There will be a huge launch in 2020 that will change the way we teach and handle finances as a whole.
Be Free Tax Services was just opened as a DBA of RJ Financial, one of my largest ventures and it is a reflection of my partnership with Mr. Howard on the heels of the biggest launch that either of us as entrepreneurs has done.
I am preparing to launch a new movement called “Decided to Live”. This movement addresses concerns surrounding divorce, financial disparity, and health (physical and mental) within the church.
I also just completed my second book and the third is within days of being complete. I am looking forward to massive growth and manifestation on all levels in 2020. So, sleep is not in the plans.
