Today we’d like to introduce you to Ana Zecca.
Ana Zecca, Licensed Real Estate Broker for Zecca Realty Group, LLC, specializes in representing clients in the sale, purchase, lease of their single-family residences, condos, commercial properties, land, apartments and preconstruction projects including Short Sales and REO transactions. Opened and launched Zecca Realty Group, back in May 2019 and was recently elected Board Member Co-Chair Director for NAHREP South Florida Chapter for 2020.
Before becoming the President and Broker of Zecca Realty Group, LLC, she was Realtor Associate and later Broker Associate for Alaez & Associates, Inc for over nine years. Before she was the VP of Sales and Marketing for United Real Estate Group, LLC, located in Coral Gables, Florida. Some of the neighborhoods covered in the local markets are Miami, Downtown Miami, Brickell, South Miami, Miami Beach, South Beach, Key Biscayne, Doral, Kendall, Brickell, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Aventura, North Miami Beach, Pembroke Pines, Ft. Lauderdale, Davie, Weston, Plantation, and in the international markets, the United Kingdom Spain, Brazil, Mexico, Dominican Republic and Costa Rica just to mention few. Zecca takes pride in keeping current information on the above-mentioned markets and is quite knowledgeable about the local business and surrounding areas.
Ana Zecca, who joined Vistas International Realty back in 2007, was appointed Branch Manager for Opera Tower, a preconstruction luxury condo building with 635 units and Sales Director for Seaside Tamarindo, a 105-unit condo in Tamarindo, Costa Rica with a projected sell-out of $53 million. Vistas was a real estate company with more than 150 associates with four local offices as well as international alliances in Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Dominican Republic, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Peru, Spain, Russia, United Kingdom and Venezuela.
Ana Zecca managed the branch at Opera Tower and a team of 30 sales associates that specialized in Opera Tower sales and the residential/commercial markets. Prior to her position with Vistas International Realty, Ana Zecca was Realtor Associate for The Keyes Company in the Sunset/Kendall Branch and also worked in Select Properties of America, based in Coral Gables, Florida. In this capacity, she was responsible for residential and commercial real estate sales. She represented buyers and sellers in their purchase and sale of their properties locally and internationally.
Before becoming a successful real estate executive, she formerly was Director of Sales and marketing and Director of International Sales for several hotels and resorts for over 19 years in the Miami/Miami Beach Areas and abroad internationally in Aruba. Throughout her careers in Hospitality and Real Estate, she has honed her communications and customer relations skills in International Sales and Marketing, which has created a strong foundation for success in real estate sales.
In 1985, Zecca graduated from Watterson College in Sherman Oaks, CA with a degree in Travel & Tourism, which she applied for 19 years as a Sales & Marketing executive in the hospitality industry. She’s traveled to more than 27 countries promoting a variety of South Florida’s luxury resorts considered to be top leisure and business destinations in the U.S. She opened The Beach Bal Harbour Hotel in 2000 working for the Rubell Family. Back in 2003, Zecca was recruited by famous hotelier Andre Balazs to open The Standard, Miami. Her extensive background in sales, marketing and preopening experience gives her a unique perspective and advantage towards providing quality real estate service to her local and international clients. Ana Zecca has lived in Miami for several years; she’s in tune with the business sector and knows her market well.
Originally from Costa Rica, Zecca spent her youth doing extra-curricular activities such as modeling, dancing and athletics and worked on several organizations related to her school. Current hobbies include spending time with her family, friends, traveling, and her charity work. She is an advocate for the past 10th years working every holiday season with disadvantage children and low income families of her community, by helping collect toys/monetary funds thru charity to celebrate every holiday with Christmas parties where the toys, food, refreshments and entertainment are delivered to the children in addition to food gift cards handed to needed families. She has helped over 4,500 children and 450 families these past years along with her Toy Drive & Events partners. Her passion to helps others is her “motto”, which she also applies to her Real Estate business.
We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Opening a new company in the middle of a very challenging economy, the strong competition with established larger brokerages. Being an independent company without the support of a well-known brand or franchise, enhancing our services, increasing production and like any new business having to be extremely creative with our marketing dollars and having to be innovated to get your name out in the market. Creating the image of “Raising the Standards”, which is what Zecca Realty Group stands for.

We are a new boutique concept, raising the standards since day one. Offering our expertise of over 16 years of experience in Real Estate with a combined experience of over 19 years of hospitality sales and marketing. We have experience in contract negotiation, marketing, positioning, new projects launch, creation, development, sales and marketing implementation with successful end results. We work one and one with our investors, sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants in Residential and Commercial Real Estate.
