Meet Justin Nepola of Nepola Yonta Attorneys at Law in Hollywood

Today we’d like to introduce you to Justin Nepola. Him and his team share his story with us below.

Please kick things off for us with some background on the story.
Mr. Justin Nepola is proud to be a founding partner of Nepola Yonta Attorneys at Law. He has practice Real Estate law since 1997, working in every aspect of the industry from commercial landlord tenant work to national title insurance underwriters.

Mr. Nepola earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami as well as a Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California.

Mr. Nepola has extensive small business experience as the owner of Kaizen Beauty Academy. Mr. Nepola was awarded the Disney Volunteer Family of the Year, Daily Points of Light award, Small Business of the Year, Pinnacle Award, Leukemia Lymphoma Society Man of the Year and recognized by the city of Pembroke Pines for his community service. He currently sits on multiple boards, including the Broward County Human Rights Board, Broward County Bar Association Board of Directors, Neighbors 4 Neighbors Board of Directors, Realtor Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale Charitable Foundation and the Hands on Broward Board of Directors.

Mr. Nepola is a devoted husband to his wife Jacqueline and proud father to his two daughters Mia Bella and Ava Adore.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
Life is never a smooth road, owning a business or running a law firm is never a smooth road. Being married and having a family is never a smooth road. I have had ups and downs just like everyone else but I could not point to a specific struggle because I don’t allow myself to focus on the bad times. I get through it and move on.

Nepola Yonta Attorneys at Law focuses on transactional real estate such as title insurance, contracts, leases and closings for both commercial and residential property. We also do estate planning and probate, assisting those in need throughout the state of Florida.

We are extremely happy and proud to have helped many people with their real estate and legal needs including veterans, first time home buyers and victims of domestic abuse and violence. We are also extremely proud of the community service work we regularly do. Whether it’s Habitat for Humanity, No More Tears USA or Hands on Broward, Nepola Yonta Attorneys at Law is always happy and eager to help those in need.

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
Nepola Yonta Attorneys at Law plans to continue to grow, add more attorneys and associates and more importantly we look forward to continuing to give back to the community.
