Meet Trailblazer Shani Coaching

Today we’d like to introduce you to Shani Coaching.

Shani, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
Upon graduating with my BA degree in Vienna, Austria, I started working for a known global IT corporate in their European HQ, I progressed extremely fast and was lucky to reach and work in one of the key positions in my second year. I was provided a corporate card and was traveling every week between countries, which was great fun and fulfilling. But after a while, I felt as if I was just working for the paycheck, rather than contributing to the world. I was missing a purpose and drive and I felt I was not in the right place. I had a period that I would literally watch the entire “prince of bel air” while “working” from home. I was so lost, so I quit my job and traveled for three months. During that time, I did some reflection and a few sessions with a coach. That was when I rebuilt my self o what I think is the best version of myself.

After giving some friends work and life advice, and after reflecting on my time in the company where I coached leaders and worked with the VP facilitating a global transformation, I realized my gift is helping people figure themselves out, finding their passion, help them grow career and personal wise and teaching others how to be happy on a daily basis.

Yes, it is a skill and there are tools and methodologies. Once you master that, nothing can stop you! Your success in all areas of your life is unlimited, whether it is finding a better career, relationship, and/or improving overall health. There are just certain techniques I developed and learned that are proven to help my client improve their quality of life and that is my passion! to spread it! To give it to anyone who is struggling, who is at a crossroad, or just wishes to become more fulfilled and content, for his business to thrive as well as himself.

Has it been a smooth road?
Of course, it hasn’t been smooth! it shouldn’t if you are not challenged in life- you do not grow! I would advise young women to maybe think of acquiring a new mindset, of welcoming struggles and failures, more than they welcome success. Because this is their only way to get real feedback from the world or actual people on how well they are doing working towards their goals. Every mistake or failure is there to teach you a lesson, try to think about what does it teaches you? Rather than why is it happening to me? What could you do better next time? Adopt the vertical progress line where you compare yourself to how well you are doing today compared to yesterday. Most people go by the anarchical progress line, where they compare themselves to how well they are doing compared to their neighbor, “she has a better car” “her body is fitter”. What it does, is that it only brings you down along with your self-esteem and confidence in YOU. Were what you actually want to do is focus on what’s important and on progress, YOUR progress. Therefore, everyone else isn’t really taking any part in this equation.

We’d love to hear more about Shanicoaching.
What I love about my work is when I see results and I see my clients changing in front of my eyes, using my advice and techniques. I think it is such a privilege and honor to have the ability to impact someone’s life, and being able to do it for a living just makes me so grateful. I am known for helping people that feeling stuck in their life to get unstuck. For helping them grow themselves and their career/business. Along the way, I teach my clients how to truly be happy and fulfilled on a daily basis and how to preserve that for the long run. I take pride in providing them solutions and helping them see results of improvement from one session to the other. I limit the number of sessions to 10 because I don’t believe in dragging someone’s process. I am a results-oriented coach and. Results come when the client is committed, if he is not, I give him his money back as I don’t want to waste his money and for him waste my time.

What sets me apart is that I am personally invested in my client’s success, for me, these connections are personal and I make sure to use all my knowledge techniques and connections if needed to get them to their next level. Also, my sessions are being held online over VC, so my clients can take it from the comfort of their home or wherever they feel most comfortable, they also don’t need to waste time and money in meeting face to face.

Do you recommend any apps, books or podcasts that have been helpful to you?
The most basic yet effective app is Google calendar. It allows me to organize my time and helps me balance my life with my work, so I can keep my energy up and keep growing.

I love listening to Ted talks and alpha waves sound on YouTube when I am doing meditation and manifestation, it help me connect to my subconscious.
