Meet Michelle Welch of The Momtrepreneur Network in Orlando

Today we’d like to introduce you to Michelle Welch.

Michelle, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
The Serial Entrepreneur Michelle Welch is no stranger to entrepreneurship. She grew up in an entrepreneurial household where she quickly learned the importance of strong work ethic and unyielding determination.

At the age of 25, Michelle founded and launched her first 2 business ventures: Queen Cleaning Concepts (QCC) and Golden Spoon For The Culture. QCC, a commercial and residential cleaning company, quickly gained success due to her fervent marketing efforts and the stellar brand the business accrued locally. Golden Spoon, a catering and meal prep service, incorporates healthiness, wholesomeness, and a cultural spin that all foodies and traditionalist can appreciate.

Michelle was able to eventually transform her strong passion for brand and business building by becoming a certified Life and Business Coach, which in turn birthed her third business Amplify Concepts Coaching(ACC). With ACC, Michelle has the opportunity to utilize her gift and experience to help new business owners learn how to be successful in their endeavors, and help experienced owners un-learn and relearn what it takes to be successful in this new generation of consumers.

Michelle uses her voice widely in the community and often serves as a keynote speaker for entrepreneurial events. This is the grassroots for the “The Momtrepreneur Network”. Founding her fourth business Michelle has manifested her passion into creating an interactive hub for entrepreneurial women and mothers. It’s a place to start/build their own business, create connections, and find inspiration & support.

At Michelle’s core she is a strong single mother for her two boys, Landon and Trevor, who keep her pushing toward success everyday!

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It hasn’t easy by any means but what dream worth having is? Being service based finding a strong team has always been my trouble. I like having my hands in everything, learning it’s okay to delegate task out. Also, bring a single mom of 2 and keeping a “balance”. Work family integration is how I’ve managed.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with The Momtrepreneur Network – tell our readers more, for example what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
I’m the founder and Executive Director of The Momtrepreneur Network. We are a non-profit interactive resource hub for entrepreneurial women and mothers who need resources, support partners, career connections and life guidance.

We provide rich resources in the areas of career, finance, and education. We also take great pride in our mentorship programs which include a very detailed and well formulated curriculum for organizations in the Orlando area.

One of our most recent proud accomplishments as an organization is that we just hit our One Year Anniversary, and we’re seeing growing! With continued growth we see our opportunities to help as endless! We even continue to grow within the organization, with digital media teams, operations groups, and network specialist.

What makes us unique is that we’re not here to just empower women. We’re here to address their needs head-on and hold them accountable to driving towards their goals and dreams. Empowerment may fade but accountability and encouragement can truly push you into greatness!

So, what’s next? Any big plans?
Our plans are aligned with expanding. We ideally want network hubs in different cities. We’re in the process of redefining and rebuilding our current blueprint to make it possible!
