Today we’d like to introduce you to THE VOLTRONYX.
THE VOLTRONYX, please kick things off for us by telling us about yourself and your journey so far.
Roly and Andres are multi-instrumentalists that met 25~years ago in a little music store in Hialeah, Florida named Music-Magic, in which Andres worked as a part-time employee. At their early teenage years they were performing with different bands either together or apart within the local Miami music scene with music ranging of rock, Latin, jazz, folk, electro & just about anything else that would allow them to participate in creating [if, of course, they “dug it”]. In addition to their music-talents, they both ventured out-wards obtaining different skill-sets in different industries that would eventually compliment their future-creative-business-venture, such as, Andres is currently a local real estate agent in which enforces his contractual/business/negotiating/investment-skills, while Roly excelled with his visual-artistic-talents providing service & consultations with the general public and business owners in helping them create their brands image. They’ve both continued on their own within the music industry with augmenting their skills as engineers/producers/musicians/songwriters while learning the economic ins and outs of the music industry and business in general. It seems they’ve obtained skill-sets that will help them manage presently what feels like a small record-label with THE-VOLTRONYX being their first artist, that being said, as of right now their main focus is with writing/producing/recording their original music and growing/evolving their music brand & staying within the state of creation where artists of all types [we believe] love to live.
Can you give our readers some background on your art?
Our art is mostly [sonic/audio] songs created in 432hz, the both of us [Roly, Andres] are multi-instrumentalist, the instruments entail drums, guitar, bass, keys/synths, vocals, virtual instruments and softwares and we have created an environment in which we can access all of these different instruments at-will depending on the song or emotion/mood we are in. Ultimately we live to share our creations with others, and we strive for our listeners in receiving a positive and uplifting experience, whether it may be a slow, fast, medium, atmospheric, super-percussive song or cultivation of sounds.
In your view, what is the biggest issue artists have to deal with?
Redundancy/repetitiveness within their genre, lack of originality due to the high volume of content.
