Meet Wendy Abdulmesih of Your Helpful Wendy

Today we’d like to introduce you to Wendy Abdulmesih.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Wendy. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
Ever since I was a little girl, my dad always used to tell me; eating and drinking is a pleasure, we should do it slowly as we enjoy the different flavors of each bite. He taught me how to drink responsibly and my mom taught me how to cook with passion and not just because we were hungry.

I am a single Mom from Venezuela with an Arabic background and Yes, I speak and cook Hispanic and Arabic food! My upbringing ingrained love of learning more about different people and places.

I decided to create this blog to share with you how can a plate of food, a nice dessert, or a simple cup of coffee make us happy and unite us with friends and family. With time I started expanding my niche beyond food and I become a Lifestyle Blogger because my audience liked the content I was posting about and the made me happy!

On my website, I share bilingual blog posts as I continue to build trust with my beautiful and loyal followers.

My experience working with major social media platforms allows me to aid diverse brands by helping them expand their online presence whether they are large and tapping into new markets or local and establishing themselves.

I’m always supporting local businesses with their brands’ exposure.

I share my marvelous trips with great ideas and tips to follow from each place I visit. YourHelpfulWendy is a blog filled with fabulous content for everyone.

Overall, has it been relatively smooth? If not, what were some of the struggles along the way?
NOOOOO and is still hard for many reasons.

Between my house responsibilities, my full-time job, and then juggle the third responsibility like my blog has not been easy at all. But I do not like to give up because with every like I gets from my followers, I’m happy and this gives me the energy to keep on.

I do not see bogging as a job, I see it as a passion and that’s why I wouldn’t stop even though with all the difficulties.

We’d love to hear more about your work and what you are currently focused on. What else should we know?
I work with many different companies, as I cover fashion, travel, food, and more.

Brands come to me to collaborate and expose them to my audience.

I always try my best to help them reach their goals as a social media consultant.

When I travel, I simply show my followers my adventures with many useful and helpful tips in case they need it in the future.
