Meet Ilan Sitt of Sitt Consulting in Miami Beach

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ilan Sitt.

Ilan, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
11 years ago I started cleaning tables in a restaurant. With effort and dedication, I was able to grow and become the general manager of the establishment in less than four months. From there, I have to manage several places at once, managing more than 350 employees. Until I decided to go out to the market to offer gastronomic consultancies. I was lucky to participate in a construction consultancy and with that experience I acquired, in a short time I complimented my service, making it more comprehensive. Today, I have almost eight years of experience opening restaurants all over Miami.

Has it been a smooth road?
It was a hard road to get to where I am today, considering that I have to work long hours and even months without one day off. I lived the true American dream, despite the journey, I had to be illegal for a while until I could regularize my situation. After that, everything changed. The opportunities are reproduced and are always within reach, you just have to know when and how to take advantage of them. The American market has a lot of competition but if you are persevering and consistent with your dreams, you can achieve anything.

So, as you know, we’re impressed with SITT CONSULTING – tell our readers more, for example, what you’re most proud of as a company and what sets you apart from others.
Sitt Restaurant Consulting assists you in developing a restaurant concept in a way that makes sure you are enjoying the creative fun parts while we nudge you in constructive ways to consider long term outcomes based on the directions you want to go.

The interesting thing about my company is that it provides all kinds of services, from how to open a restaurant to how to acquire an investor visa for foreigners.

We are also dedicated to residential and commercial real estate, combined with the interior design service.
What sets you apart from others? We are experts in turnkeys.

Many people have successful concepts in their places of origin, but when you want to replicate yours in other cities, you have to know how to read the market and how to adapt to that new adventure. Sitt Consulting helps you in the entire process from scratch until your establishment is open to the public.

Let’s touch on your thoughts about our city – what do you like the most and least?
The best thing Miami has is the beautiful sunny weather throughout the year. apart from beaches, shopping centers, and restaurants. The social life is great and the nightlife too. It’s hard to find quality people, but it’s a problem you won’t experience it here.

The only bad thing it has is the lack of parks and recreational events like other big cities have.
