Meet Rosalyn Osorto of LynSire in Coral Gables

Today we’d like to introduce you to Rosalyn Osorto.

Rosalyn, please share your story with us. How did you get to where you are today?
I was born and raised in Miami. One day by intuition, I stopped liking animal-derived foods. I knew I was going vegan without knowing what to eat. I started to educate myself through books and documentaries. This is how my love for having a plant-based lifestyle grew. I wanted a way to help animals on a larger scale and what better way than sharing what I like using through social media platforms. I have videos about hauls, beauty, style and more. My lifestyle revolves about brands I believe in. Brands that do not test on animals and do not use animal ingredients. It’s a lifestyle that has changed me for the better and I get to meet others that are like-minded.

Has it been a smooth road?
Educating myself on plant-based foods made it easier to understand what to eat. I thought it would be hard but it’s been the opposite. I learned about so many new foods, flavors and realized it can be cheaper to eat in a healthy way. As for my social media, I started to gain plenty of views from the beginning. It’s all about consistency and connecting with your audience.

We’d love to hear more about your work and what you are currently focused on. What else should we know?
My brand is called LynSire. “Lyn” is for the last three letters of my name Rosalyn, and “Sire” is for desire. My desire to share this wonderful lifestyle. I have a variety of videos with food recipes, natural skincare, outfits, and more. When I look back at my work, I feel proud of my blog. All the care and time I have put into it as far as the content and photos I have included.

Is our city a good place to do what you do?
The beauty about working online is that you can start from anywhere. My brand is mostly virtual and sometimes I can get to work from home in pajamas. The good thing about Miami is that it has a lot of places to go eat or take photos.
