Meet Liz Marzullo of LiaBella Jewelry in Sunset

Today we’d like to introduce you to Liz Marzullo.

Liz, can you briefly walk us through your story – how you started and how you got to where you are today.
My story begins as a flight attendant in my early twenties. A passion for travel and fashion has led me on my journey as a jewelry designer and small business owner.

As a flight attendant, I have traveled and visited some of the most cosmopolitan, fashion capital regions in the world. This was my inspiration to design and curate the many jewelry pieces I offer through my business, LiaBella jewelry. A business name that represents myself and my daughters (L – Liz, I – Isabel, A – Alexis), the two most important blessings in my life.

Has it been a smooth road?
When I Initially ventured into my jewelry business I was doing it all! I participated in as many local events as possible, showcasing my created designed pieces. I promoted the business through several social media sites and handled all the bookkeeping. Starting my own business while working full-time in my other job was a bit overwhelming. Because my business was growing, I realized I needed assistance with certain tasks of the business, and was able to hire a couple of assistants.

Over time, I found the right balance in my life and put the time and dedication into the business that was demanding but very gratifying.

We’d love to hear more about your business.
I design and curate exciting, classic jewelry for a sophisticated, feminine, chic or trend-setter look. I strive to deliver stunning, quality pieces that will enhance any fashionista’s look.

It gives me great pleasure to share this passion of mine with every individual woman who has her own personal fashion style. I say to all women, be bold and be your own beautiful self!

LiaBella Jewelry has been collaborating with the Live Like Bella Childhood Cancer Foundation to create the Live Like Bella Collection. An exclusive line of jewelry pieces designed to share BELLA’S legacy and help raise funds for the foundation. I believe that no child should ever have to suffer from cancer and wanted to help raise funds for children through the foundation. This cause has touched my life personally, with several family members affected by this awful disease.

What were you like growing up?
I was born in Cuba and raised in Miami. As one of five siblings growing up in a different culture, my parents always taught us to persevere and pursue our dream. I chose to travel the world and create a business that I was very passionate about. Fast forward to today, I continue to love what I do and look forward to growing my business.
