Meet Katerina Brosda of Brosda & Bentley in Aventura

Today we’d like to introduce you to Katerina Brosda.

So, before we jump into specific questions about the business, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
It was 2003 when I put up for sale my first house. It didn’t sell as quickly as I had hoped, so I went to real estate school and obtained my real estate license. I knew everything about my property better than anyone else did, and I knew that I could market it differently to find a buyer. I put our house back on the market and sold it to the first person who walked into the open house.

Ever since, I have been referred to as a consummate real estate broker, a top 0.5% sales producer and I am the recipient of the Masters Diamond Award and the Double Centurion ® Platinum Producer Award prior to founding my own real estate company in Miami, Brosda and Bentley Realtors – a boutique luxury real estate sales and international marketing company headquartered in Aventura, Florida. Our real estate advisors are serving Miami Beach, Sunny Isles Beach, Golden Beach Hallandale Beach, Hollywood, Bal Harbour, Surfside and Downtown Miami.

Our clients are always so impressed with how quickly I was selling their properties in Miami, so they asked if I could sell their other properties in places like Costa Rica, the Bahamas, and Switzerland as well.

Brosda & Bentley has emerged as the #1 broker in Florida on Google+, serving as a “social layer” across Google’s many services and apps. The platform allows businesses and professionals to reach and interact with a large audience, now numbering 650 million active users. To further maximize our reach, we synergistically combine our state-of-the-art website with rigorous social media campaigns centered on Google+ to reach potential buyers from all over the world.

That’s how we make the phone ring with buyers from China, India, Columbia, Russia, Brazil, Mexico and Argentina.

Brosda and Bentley Realtors has become a leading Miami premium brand real estate company specializing in high-end, luxury real estate acquisitions for an affluent, international clientele. Brosda and Bentley syndicates its Miami real estate listings on over 500 international websites and we have reciprocal broker agreements with over 1000 global real estate agencies.

Integrity and honesty are two of real estate advisers best traits.

Has it been a smooth road?
Real estate has 4 main cycles! Recovery, expansion, hyper-supply and recession. All 4 cycles have plenty of buyers and sellers. If you understand which market segment moves best in your service area, you stay in business.

We’d love to hear more about your business.
Brosda and Bentley Realtors is highly effective and knowledgeable in Downtown Miami real estate for sale, Doral homes and condos for sale, South Beach condos for sale, luxury Miami Beach mansions for sale, Bal Harbour oceanfront condos for sale, Sunny Isles Beach condos for sale and Golden Beach oceanfront homes for sale.

I am personally also specialized in Miami commercial properties for sale, such as office and apartment buildings.

If you ask a Brosda & Bentley real estate adviser they would probably tell you that we are a small, tight-knit family operation.

Incredibly market savvy, franchise-independent and of utmost integrity and honesty is what’s sets me apart.

Is our city a good place to do what you do?
Florida, Miami, Miami Beach are incredibly business-friendly. Florida has a very low unemployment rate, below Texas and California. Business is very good in Miami!

More info: “Miami is a city of many traits. Historically recognized for the sun, beach and tourists of South Beach, it has now become much more than that. With one of the most diverse populations in the country, Miami is the strategic capital of the Americas, binding Brazil and Spanish-speaking Latin America (LatAm) to the U.S. market.

Miami is now the second most entrepreneurial city in the U.S., with the highest startup density in the country at 247.6 startups per 100,000 people, according to the Kauffman Index. Its privileged proximity to both New York and Silicon Valley will allow this emerging ecosystem to consolidate its position as an entrepreneurial hub with the arrival of accelerators and VC funds.

Rather than trying to be the next Silicon Valley, Miami is following the lead of emerging tech hubs like Austin and Boulder, and is focusing on its strengths.” https://techcrunch.com/2016/01/03/miami-tech/
