Meet Julio Sanoja of MSalesLeads in Brickell

Today we’d like to introduce you to Julio Sanoja.

Thanks for sharing your story with us Julio. So, let’s start at the beginning and we can move on from there.
I am the owner founder of MSalesLeads, a digital marketing agency for small businesses located at Miami, Florida.

I come from Venezuela, where I had a digital marketing agency named Empresa Web during 13 years, from 2002 until 2015. I closed this agency in Venezuela due to Venezuela political, social, and economic situation.

I opened the new agency in Miami in 2015.

We serve small businesses, and we mainly help them to go and grow their businesses online.

We help small businesses to get new customers by positioning their businesses at the main four digital marketing places:

– First page of Google
– Internet websites and apps
– Social Networks
– Email Marketing

We position small businesses in these main four digital places by strategically designing, developing, and maintaining the following four main digital marketing components:

– Media: Website, blog, social networks business pages. directory listings, guest blogs, communities.

– Google: Google marketing products, Google webmaster guidelines, Google website tests

– Content: Articles with relevant images

– Ads: Google AdWords search and display ads, and Facebook ads

We have 33 years of business experience, marketing and sales; and we also have 15 years of digital marketing experience.

We’re always bombarded by how great it is to pursue your passion, etc – but we’ve spoken with enough people to know that it’s not always easy. Overall, would you say things have been easy for you?
It has not been a smooth road. The main obstacle has been to develop relationships in a new country and a new market. Coming from other country has been the main challenge.

We are bilingual, Spanish-English, which gives us an advantage in Florida, where there are many Spanish speaking people.

Positioning our agency in a new country has been our challenge. But thanks to digital marketing we have been able to position our agency in the four main digital places in Florida:

Content

Content is the most important component of a small business online presence.

There are many types of digital content, such as videos, images, and articles, and all can be used to educate and inspire prospects and customers. However, article with a relevant image is the type of content recommended for small businesses.

There are two major benefits with the production and distribution of articles. First, customer and prospects education; and second Google ranking in search results.

Articles should be written either by the subject matter expert or by an expert writer who interview the subject matter expert and research about the article topics.

Articles should be published originally in the professional WordPress Blog, and then should be distributed or posted in all the small business digital media channels described above.

Articles should also be distributed in selected local paid media through a PR campaign.
