Meet Gianmarco Alessandri and Claudia Kryszalowicz of Giamaro

Today we’d like to introduce you to Gianmarco Alessandri and Claudia Kryszalowicz.

Giamaro was established in 2013, however, Gianmarco acknowledged his passion for the moving image almost 10 years ago when he still lived in Italy. By the age of only 19, he won his first national award with INAIL (Istituto Nazionale per L’Assicurazione Contro gli Infortuni sul Lavoro) taking the prize for outstanding video advertising campaign. His recognition has led to greater productions for Italy’s local Web TV ( including clients such as Decra and Centro Leasing Banca (Gruppo Intesa San Paolo) and many others. Gianmarco also enhanced the Italian nightlife industry by producing videos for it.

Success led to recruitment by the American nightlife Web TV A3 Network, known worldwide for its short impact videos. He continued to freelance for Shoot the Centerfold (official photographer for Playboy Enterprises), Diamond View Studios and PPI Group (Daughter company for Norwegian Cruise Lines).

Claudia is a young entrepreneur born in Germany and based in Miami, FL. She studied psychology and advertising at Parsons and The New School in NYC, and continued her education at the AI Art Institute in Miami. After graduating she and Gianmarco partnered to advance the business of video production company Giamaro, LLC.

Giamaro’s mark on the production efforts in the realm of real-estate marketing started out with extensive research.

They noticed numerous real estate brokers and developers were using SEO marketing and social media to capture customers, effectively and ineffectively. They decided that the online experience for real estate buyers, sellers and agents was yet to be reinvented. They wanted to set the bar of buying-selling experiences higher. At the right place at the right time, the opportunity knocked and they were eager to help set the trend; meeting the market needs of creating short visual presentations of homes and apartments as well as branded videos of real estate professionals.

The positive feedback of our productions was immense especially once the videos hit social media channels.

Everything started when a Naples homeowner replied to the Facebook ad and requested a virtual video tour of her vacation home. The production took them several hours as they decided to capture the home throughout the day and during evening hours. Once the final edit was created the homeowner included the link to the video to her account to enhance viewers experience. The result: a great increase of renting her vacation home occurred. – Overwhelming for both parties.

With the outcome of their first case study, the Giamaro team went ahead and presented their real estate video to brokerage firms and developers. Many were skeptical and hold off on moving their marketing efforts with video productions. Until the Bay Area’s #1 power broker duo ‘Andrew Raskopf and David Gunderman decided to tap into video marketing. They agreed to produce a video for their stunning contemporary listing on Berkeley’s Grand View Drive, which was built for exclusively for performing artist Rita Moreno The result: property successfully sold.

Back in Miami the Giamaro team then had the pleasure to help broker Adam R Sochet sell a multi-million dollar home located on Palm Island. A special production was made for this unique real estate; a lifestyle virtual tour with actors, couture fashion and story-telling directing from Gianmarco Alessandri and Mateo Perez. The unique production approach led the team to work with EWM’s top producing team, the David Siddons Group, Nick Quay from Coldwell Banker, the Miami Realty Team among many others. Giamaro paid a lot of attention to how agents, developers and the entire industry use social media to advertise given the dynamism of Miami and its international culture. They understood that they had to capture Miami’s unique lifestyle and future potential.

More and more international clients requested video productions, Agriturismo Casa Italia (near Vinci, Tuscany, Italy) to mention one [].

Thanks to broker Jakob Guggenthaler (Fortune International), who introduced Giamaro to the visionary team Prism Creative Group and NR Investments here in Miami. The collaboration on the mega construction project Canvas and the A + E District one of their most satisfying achievement as they have helped to establish a neighborhood with local talents, entrepreneurs and technical know-how. It was a wonderful experience. Getting to know the minds behind the revitalizing construction project and the welcoming community was inspiring and made us grew massively. A pleasant surprise was a special video installation during last year’s Art Basel exhibition. Honored and accomplished by this great collaborative achievement.

Giamaro had the pleasure to collaborate with the Jupiter Circle, Silver Vase, Thor Equity, The Wynwood Yard, Miami Parking Authority, Kosta Furniture, Restricted Liquids, Kaori by Walter Martino, Jennifer Dietrich business coach, Anglo American School, and so many more.

Clients such as River Inn and David Hoffmeister looked to produce video content with more depth. Their trust and perspective allowed the Giamaro team to expand in to productions with a documentarian touch.

Since the beginning of this year, the Giamaro team collaborates with the RedZone team ( a subsidiary of Helios and Matheson Analytics) to explore Open Big Data and enhance situational awareness. RedZone Map is the first navigation app that includes crime data sourced from the government and by users like you with the goal to reduce a traveler’s risk of being affected by crime. This must-have app also functions as a social network where users warn others in case of a problem.
