Today we’d like to introduce you to Fortuna Ludmir.
Fortuna, let’s start with your story. We’d love to hear how you got started and how the journey has been so far.
This story is the result of a mother getting inspired by her 11-year-old daughter that was willing to change the world with kindness.
Originally, we wanted to create an awareness for the need of being kind and we have now evolved into a, not for profit that not is not only committed to spreading kindness as his mission but is also focused on building solidarity chains between people and institutions to help those in need and bring them not only material aid but also love and empowerment.
Today, we give solidarity classes to trigger these chains and fundraise our projects. We also sell hats with kind messages and we even composed and produced a song to spread kindness with the collaboration of Periko and Jessi Leon, Grammy-nominated singers.

To get the song: now in Spotify, apple, amazon, iTunes as Cadenitas de Amor by Periko & Jessi Leon) https://www.believeinkindness.org/cadenitas-de-amor/
Mainly, our projects help kids and women in economical and emotional distress.
Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
It’s been a lot of work and a lot of closed doors at the beginning, especially since we needed to seek inside ourselves to define our mission and direction and be able to find the right message – talking about soft skills is not always easy to understand.
It’s been amazing how people are attracted to this project and how they trust us. Apparently, with all that’s going on nowadays, there is an imminent need for spreading kindness and increasing the love around us. What’s amazing about our business model is that we join forces and we are based on a teamwork philosophy where the only goal is to help each other and get things done and that includes solidarity between institutions as well in an effort to inspire others to follow the values of collaboration instead of competition.
Alright – so let’s talk business. Tell us about Believe in Kindness Inc – what should we know?
Proud of promoting a tiny change in the world, proud of seeing my kids flourishing as a result of a philosophy of collaboration and authenticity, happy to discover a beautiful response in others and excited to see that every day more people join our chain of solidarity.
Is there a characteristic or quality that you feel is essential to success?
Authenticity, passion and commitment.
