Meet Brandon Pilot of BeyondLimitedKulture/BLK in Miramar

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brandon Pilot.

Brandon, before we jump into specific questions about the company, why don’t you give us some details about you and your story.
It all started back in spring 2016, just standing in a parking lot with some friends. Where we were discussing different ideas moving forward with what we all are trying to achieve out of our own creativity. It was plenty of different things, names, events, places, etc. on what we wanted to do or be apart of. No names were really sticking in the beginning, but we had the acronym BLK from the jump. We just didn’t know how to make it our own just yet. So I settled on the name B.eyond L.imited K.ulture months after the fact of going through names with everyone that was there in the beginning. Took some time, but here we are! The name alone made me and everyone around me believe in something bigger than ourselves, and that’s why it’s not only BLK but BeyondLimitedKulture!

Great, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall, and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
Shit, it’s still a rough road to ride. I’m learning new things about this site every day! Like we all can say we started with nothing or started from the bottom, well we really have and still climbing! Some struggles that plagued us a bit, in the beginning, was mainly getting started on everything. Figuring out how to attack the market. How were we going to acquire our products.

What were we really going to be doing or selling, how were we going to handle being a startup company all of that! So it’s a learning process that you learn to love and embrace, but it won’t always be smooth. Just have to keep pushing.

We’d love to hear more about the company.
BeyondLimitedKulture definitely is a company/brand that encompasses almost everything under the sun! Well, it will be! But all jokes aside, we handle/specialize in marketing/branding, photography, graphics, management, clothing, and entertainment (music, videos, skits, editing, etc.). The thing that makes us most proud as a company is that we definitely are a relatability company/brand. Because not only do we relate on a multigenerational level, but we also relate to a plethora of views that is concurrent with today’s society. Because in that regard alone, we stand out from others that are solely in it for the profit margins they will make off of the people. We are for the people! So we aren’t amazed or stunned by seeing profits too much, but more so stunned on the fact that we brought change, happiness, and love to a person than what we provided. Impacting a life is the best type of riches any person or company can have in this type of world.

What moment in your career do you look back most fondly on?
The fact that we are still in the early stages and we are actually getting genuine love and support from everyone! I think that’s what’s making it all so surreal. We haven’t made it YET, and it’s already loved and support there (from starting with just a name or one shirt), and the fact that it’s continuing it’s amazing!
