Life & Work with Caroline Ojeda

Today we’d like to introduce you to Caroline Ojeda.

Hi Caroline, thanks for joining us today. We’d love for you to start by introducing yourself.
My journey in the beauty industry began 25 years ago in New York when I took on the job of being a Brand Consultant for a major Cosmetic and Skincare manufacturer. It was then I discovered my passion and interest for the beauty industry. For years I worked closely with brands helping them develop and bring their brand vision to life. Fast forward to 20 plus years later now in Florida and after working closely with so many great brands and being a part of their journey seven years ago, I decided with the help of my three daughters that it was time to create my own line and that is how B Goddess was born. Why B Goddess? We believe every one regardless of age, style or gender, should feel like a Goddess and be treated like one. We believe we represent strength, beauty, courage and passion. Our line is Latina-owned, made in the USA, cruelty-free, Gluten-free and Vegan. Our products include our Coco Gloss, Lip Mattes infused with Vitamin E, Coco Lip Oil, and Faux Mink Lashes.

Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
As trends change and the demand for new innovative products grow, we have to always be on top of our game.

Great, so let’s talk business. Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am in charge of product development and marketing strategies for B Goddess. I specialize in color theory and product launches. I am known for my ability to bring an idea to life and for my knowledge of color in the Makeup world. I am proud to have build every aspect of B Goddess from the color, the formulas, the trends. I believe what sets me apart from others is my drive to continue to learn, to grow and to always improve.

What does success mean to you?
I define success in staying true to yourself, your passion and your vision.
