Conversations with Stefan Vale

Alright, so thank you so much for sharing your story and insight with our readers. To kick things off, can you tell us a bit about how you got started?
I am originally from Washington DC and New York City, and I have been an accomplished Indie music recording artist ever since the mid-1980s (of various musical genres). I am also a multifaceted music producer and composer, with numerous albums, singles and music videos to my credit.  I have performed live before thousands of people at venues all over South Florida including the Miami Art Basel festival, Carnaval Miami, and On-Air appearances on several radio stations (including 88.9 FM Miami WDNA and NPR affiliate WLRN). My music has been nominated for several Indie Music awards and has been featured on several TV commercials and original movie soundtracks. I have also authored five books, and wrote and produced two original musical theater stage plays.

I’m sure you wouldn’t say it’s been obstacle free, but so far would you say the journey has been a fairly smooth road?
The journey has been plagued by many challenges over the years, but my love of the music arts has continued to be the driving inspiration behind my perseverance.

Appreciate you sharing that. What else should we know about what you do?
The Performance and Literary Arts are both my passion and also my contribution to society.  I have produced a great deal of interesting content over the years, which range from music, film, literary works, and dance; including numerous music albums/singles, books & articles, music videos, musical theater stage plays, short indie films, and Salsa dance instructional videos, etc.  With these things, I hope to elevate the human spirit and inspire the next generation of creatives.
