Today we’d like to introduce you to Leslie Chitoff.
Hi Leslie, please kick things off for us with an introduction to yourself and your story.
I started blogging because I wanted to show everyone how gluten-free can be fun and taste great too. I am a serious foodie who loves to take our favorite recipes and make them gluten-free. My favorite things to do are cooking and gardening. I put a lot of love into everything I do. I am always happy to share recipes. For years, I have served as a useful source to those seeking inspiration, help, or advice. I finally decided to own that role and be intentional about it. I started writing about my passions, my thoughts, and curious wonderings about our world. I founded G³ Goodies with a mission to give others a taste of what goes on in my mind, and I have been at it ever since. G³ Goodies serves as a vessel to project my passions and clue in my loyal readers as to what inspires me in this crazy world. I love to turn my garden goodies into gourmet creations. The secret ingredient is always love.
Alright, so let’s dig a little deeper into the story – has it been an easy path overall and if not, what were the challenges you’ve had to overcome?
In the beginning, it was difficult to navigate which brands were the stars in the gluten-free world.
Can you tell our readers more about what you do and what you think sets you apart from others?
I am known for my creative focaccia, floral cakes, and pizza. I am proud of how I was able to make gluten-free taste so good that you do not know the difference. I love being able to adapt recipes to make sure everyone is included at a gathering.
Who else deserves credit in your story?
My best friend and college roommate asked me to start posting my recipes and creations to inspire others.
