Check out Adriana Dorta’s Artwork

Today we’d like to introduce you to Adriana Dorta.

Adriana Dorta was born in Caracas, Venezuela but raised in Paris, France where she became passionate about art. During her teenage years, she studied the art of mosaics, ceramics, pottery, photography and stained glass. After traveling to Medjugorje (Bosnia-Herzegovina) in 2012, her spirituality emerged, and since then she aims to transmit her faith and devotion through her paintings and sculptures by
combining intricate, precise lines, the power of color, and light.

We’d love to hear more about your art. What do you do and why and what do you hope others will take away from your work?
Adriana Dorta has suddenly become one of the most successful emerging artists in Miami, ever since her exhibition during ArtBasel Miami 2015. Her work captivates not only for its beauty but for its spiritual message and ability to trap whoever looks at them”

I believe there are many paths to find true peace, but only our freewill will determine if at the end of our lives we will find it, what I try to inspire thru my work is the search of light within us, that light represents all our goodwill intentions and actions will help achieve more harmony and brighter outcome

Have things improved for artists? What should cities do to empower artists?
My advice is to prepare yourself by studying, you can have talent but to move forward you need to be prepared.

Do you have any events or exhibitions coming up? Where would one go to see more of your work? How can people support you and your artwork?
